How to Invite a Colleague

  1. Login to ERISAfire Projects. Upon login, you’ll see your dashboard. Click on the members button located on the far left to go to the members page for your agency.

2. Once you're on the member page, you'll see two tables. The Users table on the left is where you’ll find a list of all your agency colleagues in ERISAfire Projects.

3. If there’s someone who is not in this list but should be, click Invite Colleague on the top right corner of the table.

4. A dialogue box will appear. Enter the email address of the colleague you want to invite and click the orange Send Invite button.

5. A confirmation message will appear letting you know the invite has been sent. You’ll have an option to associate client companies your colleague represents if you click on Select Client Companies.

6. Select your colleague's clients from the list, and then click the orange Add Clients button. This will both customize your colleague's dashboard view and update your colleague's biweekly broker digest email of upcoming compliance events.

How to Remove a Colleague

  1. Login to ERISAfire Projects. Upon login, you’ll see your dashboard. Click on the members button located on the far left to go to the members page for your agency.

2. In the Users table on the left, click on the edit icon in the same row as the colleague you'd like to remove.

3. You will be directed to a page that will give you the option to deactivate that specific user. Click on the red Deactivate User button.

4. You'll be asked to confirm deactivation. Click Yes. The deactivated user receives an email letting them know they have been deactivated from ERISAfire Projects.
