How to Invite an Employer-Client User

  1. Login to ERISAfire Projects. Upon login, you’ll see your dashboard. Click on the members button located on the far left to go to the members page for your agency.

2. Once you're on your agency's member page, you'll see two tables. The Employers table on the right is where you’ll find a list of all the employer-client companies your agency represents. Only employer-clients for whom ERISAfire provides benefits compliance services will be listed.

3. Click on an employer-client’s company name to view a list of that company’s users.

4. You’ll be directed to your employer-client company's member page, which shows its Users table. Here you can see a list of all the contacts from that company who’ve already been invited to ERISAfire Projects.

5. If you want to add an employer-client contact for this company, click Invite a Client at the top right corner of the table.

6. A dialogue box will appear. Enter your client's email address and click the orange Send Invite button. This will send an email invitation to register for ERISAfire Projects.
